Background

Adam Fencz is a certified manual therapist (ASCA & RME) based in Vevey, Switzerland. He needed a professional, bilingual website that reflected the calm and intentional nature of his practice.

The Challenge

No digital presence — Adam had no website, making it difficult for potential clients to discover his practice.
Bilingual clientele — A diverse Swiss client base required seamless French and English support across every page and form.
Insurance credibility — ASCA & RME certifications needed to be prominently displayed to build trust.
No online booking — All appointments required phone calls or messages, adding friction for new clients.
No testimonial system — Client feedback was collected informally with no way to showcase it professionally.
SEO & AI invisibility — The practice was unfindable on search engines and AI assistants.

Phase 1: Design & Identity

A warm, organic aesthetic with a custom gradient system (ocean blue → sunset coral → pink) evoking calm and vitality. Dark and light mode support throughout.

Phase 2: Performance-First Architecture

Mobile-optimized rendering with lightweight static SVG glows on mobile vs. full GSAP animations on desktop. Lazy-loaded sections, deferred GSAP imports after first paint.

Phase 3: Full Internationalization

Complete French/English support using react-i18next covering every page, form label, and micro-copy.

Phase 4: Booking & Testimonials

Embedded Cal.com scheduling with automatic follow-up emails. Testimonial system with Turnstile bot protection, admin moderation workflow, and homepage carousel display.

llms.txt and llms-full.txt for AI assistant accuracy, full meta tags, JSON-LD structure, semantic HTML, robots.txt with selective crawl rules, and sitemap generation.

Phase 6: Client Project Dashboard

A dedicated in-app dashboard giving Adam full visibility on his project: real-time time tracking, cost perspective, changelog with dated milestones, and proposals for new developments.
