Background
Diego Costier runs CTCA (Centre de Thérapies Complémentaires et Alternatives) in Lausanne, offering Ayurveda massage, NAET allergy treatment, and auriculotherapy. His existing Wix website was outdated, had no booking system, poor SEO visibility, and required constant manual coordination for appointments. He needed a complete digital transformation that would let him focus on his patients, not his website.
The Challenge
- No online booking — Every appointment required phone calls or emails, wasting hours each week on coordination.
- Invisible on Google — Potential clients searching for "Ayurveda massage Lausanne" or "NAET Suisse" couldn't find him. His services were buried on page 3+.
- No e-commerce capability — He wanted to sell Bach flower remedies and gift vouchers online but had no way to do it.

Booking system with integrated calendar, e-commerce online shop for Bach flower remedies and gift vouchers with Stripe payments, full blog setup with newsletter integration via Mailchimp, dedicated testimonials page pulling from Google reviews, gallery with fresh cabinet photos and AI-enhanced imagery.
Phase 3: SEO & Visibility
Google Business Profile optimization, Google Merchant Center setup, Google Search Console configuration, Google Analytics 4 implementation, Schema markup for local business and services, meta tags and Open Graph optimization.
Phase 4: Backend & Automation
