Malware and Viruses

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Intellectual Property Violations

Service Disruption

• Denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Network flooding or bandwidth abuse

Data Scraping and Automated Access

• Scraping content without authorization
• Using bots or automated tools without permission
• Excessive API calls or rate limit violations
• Crawling or indexing without robots.txt compliance

Reselling Without Authorization

Permitted Integrations

You may integrate our services with third-party platforms for legitimate business purposes, provided you:

• Have authorization to access those platforms
• Comply with third-party terms of service
• Use documented APIs and integration methods
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas

Authorized Automation

Automation is permitted when:

• Used for legitimate business workflow optimization
• Configured through official APIs or interfaces
• Operating within agreed service limits
• Properly secured and monitored

Data Usage Guidelines

When handling data through our services:

• Comply with GDPR, nFADP, and other applicable data protection laws
• Obtain necessary consents for data processing
• Implement appropriate security measures
• Use data only for stated, legitimate purposes
• Respect data subject rights

Password Security

• Never share passwords
• Change passwords regularly
• Report compromised credentials immediately

Account Protection

• Secure your devices and network connections
• Log out from shared devices
• Monitor account activity for suspicious behavior
• Use secure connections (HTTPS)

Reporting Vulnerabilities

If you discover a security vulnerability:

• Report it immediately to security@dot2.solutions
• Do not exploit or share the vulnerability
• Provide detailed information for reproduction
• Allow reasonable time for remediation

Incident Notification

You must notify us immediately if:

• Your account is compromised
• You detect unauthorized access
• You experience a data breach
• You suspect malicious activity

Warning System

Minor or first-time violations may result in:

• Written warning via email
• Temporary feature restrictions
• Requirement to correct the violation
• Mandatory compliance review

Account Suspension

Serious or repeated violations may lead to:

• Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
• Loss of access to services during suspension
• Review before reinstatement

Account Termination

• Immediate loss of access to all services
• No refund of fees paid

Appeals Process

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may:

• Request a review of the decision
• Receive a final decision within 14 business days

If you witness a violation of this AUP:

• Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
• Initial review: Within 48 hours
• Investigation: 3-5 business days
• Resolution: Within 10 business days

Confidentiality

All reports are treated confidentially. We do not disclose reporter identity without explicit consent, except as required by law.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect:

• Changes in our services or operations
• New legal or regulatory requirements
• Emerging security threats
• Best practice evolutions

Notification Process

• Email notification to registered users
• Notice on website and dashboard
• 30 days advance notice for material changes
• Updated "Last Updated" date at top of policy

Effective Date

Changes become effective 30 days after notification, unless a longer period is specified. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law provisions and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy, the competent courts at the registered seat of dot2.solutions (Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal venue provisions.
