Weekly reflection

This week I focused on simplifying the onboarding flow. The key insight was that users don't need a tutorial—they need fewer steps.

The goal is always clarity. Remove every element that doesn't serve the reader. What remains should feel inevitable—not designed, but discovered.

When the interface disappears, the content can finally breathe. That's when the tool becomes invisible and the work takes center stage.

"Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away."

— Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Three principles emerged from this exercise: reduce, align, breathe. Every decision flows from these three words.
